You are charged for one night's stay at the time you make your reservation, with balance due 10 days prior to check-in.

Check in is between 3-6 p.m. or by prior arrangement.  Special arrangements should be made for late arrivals.

Our rooms are designed for the comfort of one or two adults. We cannot accommodate a third person in the room.

A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.  Some holidays require a 3-night stay.

No pets allowed. We will be happy to assist with kennel reservations.

This is strictly a non-smoking residence.

Your stay includes complimentary gourmet breakfast.  Refreshments are served in the afternoon.

Gift certificates are available upon request.

Cancellations: We will be happy to refund your deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee if you alert us 10 days in advance or if we are able to re-book the room.  Wedding deposits are non-refundable.
